This policy covers refunds, returns, and exchanges for purchases made on Posh Kulture.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned:
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health or personal care items
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.
Certain situations may qualify only for a partial refund:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to post
- Contact your bank for processing time

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at poshkulture@gmail.com
Gifts
- If a gift was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the item.
- If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. Return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
